教育目標 Course Target
本課程在研討策略管理之主要專題及實務應用，透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入，探討企業策略管理之規劃實施及評估控制，提供管理者建置與應用策略管理之有效學習。
This course discusses the main topics and practical applications of strategy management, through theoretical structure replication and introduction of practical cases, explores the planning implementation and evaluation control of enterprise strategy management, and provides effective learning of manager establishment and application strategy management.
課程概述 Course Description
策略規劃為企業管理領域的帝王學，是經營者決定經營什麼事業，事業如何經營，才能獲利、成長或存活的一門高階課程。課程內容涵蓋策略形成，策略執行與策略控制三部分，好管理者不得不學。修完此課程後，學員將有能力成為策略專案計畫的規劃與執行人員。
Strategic planning is an imperial learning in the field of enterprise management. It is a high-level course for operators to decide what business to run and how to run it in order to make profits, grow or survive. The course content covers the formation of strategies, strategy execution and strategy control, and good managers have to learn it. After completing this course, students will be able to become planning and executors of strategy project planning.
