公司治理與經營專題課程以本校EMBA班學生為授課對象，旨在橋接監理、營運理念與實務，為一學分課程。全學期規劃安排5至6位富實務經驗的演講者，藉由課前研析演講背景資料，以及課程進行中與演講者互動，期待同學獲致豐富的環境、產業知識，深刻瞭解公司治理與經營管理各項課題。The corporate governance and business topic course is taught by the EMBA students of the school. It aims to carry out supervision, operation concepts and practices, and is a lesson course. The entire school period plans to arrange 5 to 6 lecturers with practical experience. Through pre-class analysis of lecture background information and interact with lecturers during the course, we look forward to students gaining rich environmental and industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the various subjects of corporate governance and business management.
