教育目標 Course Target

由金融市場與金融機構共同構成的金融體系,在經濟活動中扮演著不可或缺的角色。透過各種形式的資金移動與轉換,有限的資源得以有效率地被運用。本課程針對不同專業背景的在職同學,以兼具宏觀與微觀的角度,系統性地回顧當代金融市場與機構的相關基礎知識與理論,並透過經濟直覺式的分析,深入探討台灣以及全球主要經濟體在不同時期所發展的金融市場與機構背後所蘊含的特質與目的,藉以激發同學應用於職場上問題的解決與管理上的創新活動,同時也有助於對各類金融投資工具更精準的體認與操作。

The financial system, formed by the financial market and financial institutions, plays an indispensable role in economic activities. Through various forms of fund movement and conversion, limited resources can be used efficiently. This course introduces the students from different professional backgrounds to systematically review the basic knowledge and theoretical discussions of contemporary financial markets and institutions from a macro-view and micro perspective, and conducts in-depth research on major economic and economic theories in Taiwan and the world through economic intuition analysis. The characteristics and purposes behind the financial markets and institutions that have developed at different times are used to stimulate innovative activities in the field of solving problems and management, and at the same time, it also helps to more accurately recognize and operate various financial investment tools.
