由於近年來企業經營之競爭日益劇烈，加上經濟自由化, 國際化的浪潮下，各國逐漸放寬管制，使得企業(金融機構)經營策略也必須趕上腳步。其中進行併購也是企業經營策略的一部分，如何做好策略規劃及管理購併等行動方案以促進營運向全球化。 近年來台灣的購併活動無論是策略性或是財務性的如火如荼的上演，企業版圖也正逐漸的改變。本課程除企業併購理論之介紹外，更著重於各併購實例之探討及台灣企業併購市場之分析，期能使學生具備企業併購之專業知識外並奠定投入職場之利基。

As corporate operations have become increasingly fierce in recent years, coupled with the wave of economic liberalization and internationalization, countries have gradually relaxed controls, making corporate (financial institutions) business strategies have to rise.
