1.訓練發表與論述能力，並建立在學學子就業預備之心態、培養國際觀與尋找自我之核心能力
2.針對企業管理相關專題，進行深入探討，培養學生論述、以及解決企業問題的能力。
1. Training the ability to publish and discuss, and establishing the core ability of students to prepare for their careers, cultivating international viewing and self-seeking core ability
2. Conduct in-depth discussions on enterprise management related issues, cultivate students' explanations and solve enterprise problems.
