1. 藉由學生親身體驗企業的實際運作，學習企業管理實務。
2. 培養學生正確的工作態度及職場工作的倫理。
3. 讓學生取得全職的企業實際工作經驗，培養實務工作技能。
4. 培養學生理論與實務結合之能力，並能實際運用在工作上。本課程為企業全職實習之課程。全職之意，指比照正式員工，一周工作五天一天八小時。修課同學需經過學系的資格審查，及實習企業的甄選錄取，始能修習本課程。在實習過程中，除了接受任課教師的輔導與監督之外，實習企業也會指派一名業師在工作的職位進行指導。實習生需依照業師指導，在企業實際工作，藉由實作來學習工作的態度、技能及實務上的專業知識。

4. Cultivate students' ability to combine theory and practice, and be able to actually apply it in work. This course is a full-time internship course in a company. Full-time means working five days a week and eight hours a day compared to regular employees. Students taking this course must go through the qualification review of the department and the selection and admission of the internship company before they can study this course. During the internship process, in addition to receiving guidance and supervision from the teachers, the internship company will also assign an industry teacher to provide guidance at the work position. Interns need to follow the guidance of industry teachers and actually work in the company, learning work attitudes, skills and practical professional knowledge through practice.
