教育目標 Course Target
本課程在研討人力資源管理之主要專題及實務應用，透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入，探討企業人力資源管理之規劃實施及評估控制，提供管理者建置與應用人力資源管理之有效學習。
This course discusses the main topics and practical applications of human resource management. Through theoretical structure replication and introduction of practical cases, it explores the planning implementation and evaluation control of enterprise human resource management, and provides effective learning of manager establishment and application human resource management.
