教育目標 Course Target
本課程之主旨在讓學習者透過本課程，學習企業關鍵流程與決策的分析與辨識，在建立對企業整體運作的認識與理解之後，發展安排企業關鍵決策與政策在本末、輕重、先後、緩急等構面上的整體規劃與設計能力。
The purpose of this course is to allow learners to analyze and identify the key processes and decisions of enterprises through this course, and after establishing an understanding and understanding of the overall operation of the enterprise, it will develop the overall planning and design capabilities of enterprises in the context of the main, light, priority, and urgent aspects.
