教育目標 Course Target

創業精神的基礎必須建立在有目標的創新上,創新是創業家的特殊工具,他們藉著有系統化、有目的的創新,改變了資源的產出價值,創造出新的消費者需求。而創新反應著一種企業環境,意旨發揚及支持奇妙的想法、實驗與具創造性之過程,目的是在提升企業的獲利能力,並增進員工的報酬。Vakola and Rezgui,(2000)定義「創新就是提供個人或整個系統一個跳脫傳統的想法、產品或製程」。若持續性的創新,企業不斷尋求新奇的問題或是利用新科技與程序型式、新產品與服務等來解決需求,便可為企業帶來長期持續性的利潤。由彼得杜拉克的觀點,我們可知「創新」是「創業精神」非常核心的一個部分。近年來,在商業環境、消費型態、娛樂方式等快速變遷的浪潮下,也為全球各地的青年開啟了創新、創業的廣闊天空。自矽谷、倫敦、特拉維夫、柏林、中關村,全球各國莫不砸下重金打造創新創業生態圈,以期在下個世代掌握創新競爭力的龍頭,主導世界的發展走向,其中最重要的關鍵,即為培養創新、創業的年輕世代。 本課程的目標乃是藉由概念、方法、經驗傳承、個案研討以及創新創業的模擬練習與討論中,幫助學生們了解在產業中的成功關鍵,並鼓勵學生實際動手創新,在實戰中體會創業家應具備的精神,養成創業家的視野,以期成為未來新一代的創業實踐者。 課程的主角是每一位修課的同學! 由每位同學的參與、每個小組團隊的研究與分享,帶領課程中所有同學及講師們一齊開拓視野,更重要的是,創新、激盪出新的火花,為每個人後續的學習與生涯,打開一扇新的門窗。在課程中,講師們的角色是引導人、顧問,甚至,是被教導的學生! 同學就像初創公司的創辦人們,講師們可以給予你引導、顧問的協助,卻不能為你的公司下決策。而在同學們創造的過程中,同學們往往會從彼此的創意活力中學到最多!因此,這個學期的成果會多精彩?會多令人值得回味?就視所有同學們的參與及付出。The foundation of the entrepreneurial spirit must be based on purposeful innovation. From Peter Durac's view, we can see that "innovation" is a very core part of the "creative spirit". In recent years, under the wave of rapid changes in business environment, consumption patterns, entertainment methods, etc., it has also opened up a wide sky of innovation and innovation for young people around the world. From Silicon Valley, London, Travev, Berlin, and Zhongguancun, all countries around the world have spent a lot of money to build an innovative and entrepreneurial circle, in order to master the dragon's competitiveness in the next generation and lead the development direction of the world. The goal of this course is to help students understand the key to success in the industry through concepts, methods, experience inheritance, case discussion and simulation practice of innovative and entrepreneurial creation, and encourage students to innovate and innovate, they will have the spirit of establishing manufacturers in the war and develop the vision of entrepreneurs in order to become a new generation of entrepreneurs in the future.
