近年來隨著國內外科技經濟的變遷,我國的資訊電子產業在世界經濟版圖中蔚然崛起,而其中的半導體產業及奈米級電子元件的發展,更是以耀眼的產值與成長率突出於我國的產業之中,已然成為我國的明星科技產業及經濟命脈重鎮,依此一重點而設立本課程。
課程目標:本課程將目前電子工業所使用材料之作一介紹後再進入元件之特性介紹。介紹了奈米電子材料的製備方法、功能特性、應用開發等知識,並結合微電子技術的發展,討論了奈米電子器件的基本原理和設計方法。包括奈米導、陶瓷、磁性、半導體、光電材料和單電子器件等。
In recent years, with the changes in domestic and foreign technological economy, our country's information electronic industry has risen in the world's economic version. The semiconductor industry and the development of nano-grade electronic components have been prominent in our industry with its dazzling production value and growth rate. It has become a star technology industry and economic town in my country. This course has been established based on this focus.
Course objective: This course introduces the materials currently used in electronics industry and then introduces the characteristics of components. The knowledge of nanoelectronic materials preparation methods, functional characteristics, application development, etc. was introduced, and combined with the development of microelectronic technology, the basic principles and design methods of nanoelectronic devices were discussed. Including nanoconductors, ceramics, magnetics, semiconductors, optical materials and single electronic devices.
