教育目標 Course Target

使學生熟習知識管理相關理論:1)知識創造;2)資源基礎觀點與動態組織能力理論;3)組織學習;4)知識移轉;5)組織間學習與網絡學習;6)結構基礎知識觀點,協助學生建立相關研究所需的理論基礎,並建立研讀英文論文能力和報告能力。

Making students familiar with relevant theories on knowledge management: 1) Knowledge creation; 2) Resource-based viewpoints and dynamic organizational ability theory; 3) Organizational learning; 4) Knowledge transfer; 5) Organizational interdisciplinary learning and network learning; 6) Structural basic knowledge perspectives to help students establish theoretical foundations required for related research, and establish English-language research and reporting skills.
