教育目標 Course Target
1. 介紹生產/作業管理理論、技術方法與案例。
2. 引導學生瞭解生產/作業管理核心問題之進階思考與系統化規劃流程規劃方法。瞭解企業生產/作業管理之規劃目的、管制與策略選擇。
3. 提供學生於生產/作業管理更深入之相關規劃方法。培養學生從事生產/作業管理工作之技能及專業技術。
1. Introduction to production/operation management theory, technical methods and cases.
2. Guide students to understand advanced thinking and systematic planning process planning methods for core issues in production/operation management. Understand the planning purposes, controls and strategic choices of enterprise production/operation management.
3. Provide students with more in-depth related planning methods for production/operation management. Cultivate students' skills and professional skills in production/operation management.
