この授業は、台灣の植民地時代を一つの基點として、それ以前、その後の台灣、日本、または中國の狀況を文學？映像を通して概？する。同時に、それぞれの文學や映像作品がどのようなかたちで、互いのことを語り、表象しているのか、また、どのように各自の文學？映像作品を生？し、消費するのかを、反省的？分析的に捉え直すことを目標とする。今年は、これらの文學狀況、あるいは映像作品を通して表している文化狀況を確認することから始めたい。それから個々の小？や映像作品を？際に、そうした物事や事柄及び人間がどのように表象されてきたかをみていく。

本課程主要讓學生對表象文化交流的過程中，種種漸次成型之有關性別、國族意識、政治・文化・社會議題的概念與影響有一個概括性的了解，透過閱讀專書，輔以作品範例分析，拓寬視野以面對不斷變動、混雜、多元、異質的文化框架。

This course mainly allows students to have a general understanding of the concepts and influences of various related, national consciousness, politics, culture and social issues in the process of representational cultural exchange. Through reading the books, analyzing them based on examples of works, broaden their perspectives and face a cultural framework that is constantly changing, mixed, diverse and distinctive.

例年は学期の始めに一番最初の授業において参考文献リストを配布しているが、今学期からは受講者と相談したうえ全員で考えていく。
