教育目標 Course Target
學生能理解教育行政學相關議題及內涵,具備對相關實務的敏銳度,運用知識,在理論與實務間建立連結,培養正向的態度,及擔任行政工作的知能。
Students can understand the issues and connotations of relevant educational administration, have a sensitivity to relevant practices, use knowledge, establish a connection between theory and practice, cultivate a positive attitude, and be responsible for administrative work.
課程概述 Course Description
認識教育行政學的意義、演變、基礎與研究,瞭解組織理論、領導理論、溝通理論、決定理論、視導理論、評鑑理論等重要理論基礎。基於此,能夠對於我國現行教育行政組織、學校行政組織、人事、經費等亦有反省與批判的能力,並對未來建構更美好的願景。
Understand the meaning, evolution, foundation and research of educational administration, and understand the basics of important theoretical foundations such as organizational theory, leadership theory, communication theory, decision theorem theory, visual theory, and evaluation theory. Based on this, we can also have the ability to reflect and criticize the current education administrative organization, school administrative organization, personnel, fees, etc. in our country, and build a better vision for the future.
