班級經營旨在對影響班級運作的人、事、時、地、物等各項因素作有效的管理,以達成班級存在的目的。
教學目標
(一)了解班級經營的基本概念及原理原則。
(二)觀察現職專家教師以了解班級經營的實務工作。
(三)學習班級經營的重要議題及掌握班級經營的實務技巧。
(四)培養班級經營的信心與熱忱。Class operation aims to effectively manage various factors such as people, things, time, places, and objects that affect class operations to achieve the purpose of class existence.
