教育目標 Course Target
本課程結合農委會農民學院農業專業訓練教材，透過系統性的農業知識線上學習及東海生態農場實務實習，強化菜類之採收、採收後處理作業、病蟲害防治、水肥管理等；透過本校農場實作，使學生暸解蔬菜作物栽培之各種條件及對蔬菜生長發育影響，認識農產品產銷履歷制度，反思從農場到餐桌的問題。
本課程培養學生下列核心能力：
1.農學之基本專業知識與操作生產能力
2.良好溝通及團隊合作之能力
3.持續學習及問題解決之能力
4.體認精緻農業之社會責任
This course combines the agricultural professional training materials of the Farmers College of the Council of Agriculture, through systematic online learning of agricultural knowledge and practical internships at Donghai Ecological Farm, to strengthen vegetable harvesting, post-harvest processing operations, and pest and disease prevention. governance, water and fertilizer management, etc.; through the school's farm practice, students can understand the various conditions for vegetable crop cultivation and their impact on vegetable growth and development, understand the agricultural product production and marketing record system, and reflect on the issues from farm to table.
This course develops students' following core competencies:
1. Basic professional knowledge of agriculture and operational production capabilities
