本課程結合農委會農民學院農業專業訓練教材，透過系統性的農業知識線上學習及東海生態農場實務實習，強化菜類之採收、採收後處理作業、病蟲害防治、水肥管理等；透過本校農場實作，使學生暸解蔬菜作物栽培之各種條件及對蔬菜生長發育影響，認識農產品產銷履歷制度，反思從農場到餐桌的問題。
