The core general course of Harvard University in the United States in 1985 added the "moral thinking" field among the five major categories of literature and art, science and mathematics, historical research, society and philosophy, foreign language and culture. The Japanese Ministry of Culture and Culture has also begun to discuss the key education of "morality" and include it in schools, and clearly formulated it as "planning implementation points immediately." This also reflects the argument that the United Educational Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO) proposed in 1989 that "ethics and morality will be the primary challenge for humans in the 21st century."
In addition, based on the survey and reporting of the most beloved university graduates in the enterprise since its inception in the years, a comprehensive organization of the survey can identify the conditions for the enterprise to select talents. In addition to professional knowledge and skills, a good working attitude is one of the most important conditions for enterprises to consider working (job seeking) people, but it is also something that enterprises generally believe is lacking in modern university graduates. This phenomenon is partially reflected in the question of youth unemployment. According to the International Labor Organization statistics, 74.5 million young people aged 15 to 24 worldwide were unemployed in 2013. The youth unemployment rate is 13%, twice the global average unemployment rate. The unemployment rate of Taiwan youth in 2012 was 13.17%, which is far higher than that of Korean youth and 6.7% of Japanese youth. How to cultivate students' professionalism has become a topic that is of great importance to all schools from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education. Therefore, cultivating contemporary personal rights awareness and "Me Generation" students, good work ethics are the focus of this course.
This course will be based on the theoretical foundation of John Dewey's experience learning (Work Learning), and will be led by the training students in the field of practice, communicate, thoroughly, problem solving, and responsible. The course is mainly based on team practice, and is equipped with workshops and field masters to speak first, and through supervision and reflection systems, it helps students distinguish related issues such as "I and the organization", people-to-people cooperation, etc.
In cooperation with the workplace ethics, the first priority is to focus on the value of personal care and service such as timeliness, work accuracy, team cooperation, similar hearing, gratitude and blessings. This course is consistent with the educational goals of our school. This course will focus on reality, and will be combined with reflection after the work to increase students' self-perception ability, set goals for personal self-growth, and practice solving real-world problems.
