課程⽬標如下:
⼀、成功的個體:學生自我認同探索
1.促進學⽣發展其⾃我認同,學習⾯對⾃⼰過去、現在及未來之主動積極性
2.藉由⾃我探索,學習認識⾃⼰,認識⾃⼰的天賦,⿎勵學⽣學習勾勒未來專業發展之
願景與圖像
3.引導學⽣發展有利於⾃我⽣活效能發展的好習慣
⼆、成功的人際關係:建立正向人際關係相關知能與技能
4.幫助學⽣學習建⽴正向⼈際關係的關鍵對話,發展有效的溝通技能
5.引導學⽣認識⾃⼰在團體⼈際所扮演的角⾊,並探索對⾃⼰與對他⼈的意義
6.學習與他⼈合作,培養⾃⼰成為當責的個體,幫助團體成為當責的團隊

7.幫助學⽣學習如何反思
8.增進學⽣學習如何學習與改變的知能與技能
9.藉由引導反思與共學,促進學⽣沈澱並形塑其「何謂成功」之價值觀The course goals are as follows:
