2.大學引導課程將以關係建立為重,慢慢引導新鮮人步上大學自主學習的價值。課程中將融入有經驗、有意願的導師助手,作為導師與新鮮人之間的橋樑或媒介,而且導師、導師助手、新鮮人將共學「創新」學習生態。
3.導師、導師助手與新鮮人的關係為:新鮮人選修大學引導;大學引導老師做為導師,引導新鮮人學習融入大學生活;導師助手則做為新鮮人與導師之間的橋樑。每位導師助手以引導四位新鮮人為原則,導師助手引導新鮮人藉由參與活動與演講融入大學生活,並每週向導師回報新鮮人學習狀況,導師助手必須引導新鮮人參與校內外活動或演講,未參與活動與演講時需進行學習關懷;導師根據導師助手的回報,適時介入引導;導師助手也可以邀請導師共同參與新鮮人所參與的演講與活動,導師則根據自己的時間自由調整。1.
