1. 新制『大學引導』課程將搭配住宿學習，加強教務和學務系統的創新連結，建立模式，引動大學學習生態系統的創新。
2. 大學引導課程將以關係建立為重，慢慢引導新鮮人步上大學自主學習的價值。課程中將融入有經驗、有意願的導師助手，作為導師與新鮮人之間的橋樑或媒介，而且導師、導師助手、新鮮人將共學「創新」學習生態。
3. 導師、導師助手與新鮮人的關係為：新鮮人選修大學引導；大學引導老師做為導師，引導新鮮人學習融入大學生活；導師助手則做為新鮮人與導師之間的橋樑。每位導師助手以引導四位新鮮人為原則，導師助手引導新鮮人藉由參與活動與演講融入大學生活，並每週向導師回報新鮮人學習狀況，導師助手必須引導新鮮人參與校內外活動或演講，未參與活動與演講時需進行學習關懷；導師根據導師助手的回報，適時介入引導；導師助手也可以邀請導師共同參與新鮮人所參與的演講與活動，導師則根據自己的時間自由調整。
