本課程使用MS OFFICE套裝軟體，簡單介紹文書處理(WORD)、試算表(EXCEL)、簡報(PowerPoint)、資料庫(Access)等基礎概念，並於課堂上實作各類簡易範例，經由循序漸進的步驟，引導同學熟悉MS OFFICE各項功能操作，具備基本辦公室軟體使用及應用能力。課程採取廣播教學，並於課堂上實作相關課程練習，即學即用。各類常用辦公室軟體基礎使用介紹，MS OFFICE軟體使用。This course uses MS OFFICE software to briefly introduce basic concepts such as WORD, calculation tables (EXCEL), brief report (PowerPoint), data library (Access), etc., and implement various simple examples in the classroom.
