教育目標 Course Target

- 針對職場中的現象,介紹重要的行為理論,協助學生了解並解釋現象原因 - 認識組織情境中的層次關係,包括個體、群體、組織,甚至是組織外的環境因素 - 將課程所學融入並應用於人際互動及團隊合作中,藉由案例分析與小組報告,試著結合理論與生活 - 鼓勵學生於互動討論過程中發言,培養意見表達及獨力思考的能力- Introduce important behavioral theories on the phenomena in the job field, help students understand and explain the causes of phenomena - Understand the level relationship in the organizational situation, including individuals, groups, organizations, and even environmental factors outside the organization - Integrate and apply course learning to international interaction and team cooperation, try to establish reasonable discussions and life through case analysis and group reports - Encourage students to speak during interactive discussions and cultivate the ability to express opinions and think independently
