教育目標 Course Target
望藉由跨國犯罪之認識，了解國際的情勢與脈動，具備廣博的世界觀，或能尊重或包容不同文化以及尊重其差異。
教學範圍：本課程針對牽涉到跨國（境）的犯罪類型以及法律上的抗制措施加以介紹。此外，針對個別的犯罪議題所衍生出的問題，例如跨國性的人口販運，關於台灣日益重要的新住民問題、性交易合法化的爭議，深入探討與思辨。
I hope to understand international situations and movements through the knowledge of transnational crime, have a broad world view, or be able to respect or tolerate different cultures and respect their differences.
Teaching scope: This course introduces the types of crimes involved in transnational (border) and legal resistance measures. In addition, we have in-depth discussions and thinking about issues arising from individual criminal issues, such as transnational population transportation, disputes over Taiwan’s increasingly important new residents’ problems and legalization of sexual transactions.
