【犯罪偵查法規範之理論與實務】105年度第1學期
（THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION LAW）
壹、【教學目標】
一、指導選修同學研讀與「犯罪偵查法規範」相關理論及實務之著作、法院判例、大法官會議解釋，希望能使同學了解我國目前
「犯罪偵查法規範」之理論及實務運作現況。
二、協助提昇將來同學參加國家司法考試及從事「犯罪偵查」工作（擔任檢察官、檢察事務官、司法警察官等犯罪偵查之職務）之志趣及能力。
貳、【授課方式】
一、講授我國現行刑事訴訟法之犯罪偵查法律規範之内涵。
二、概略比較現行美日等國現行「犯罪偵查法律規範及制度」之優劣得失。
三、於課程進行中：（一）講述從事實務之經驗（二）分析評述社會發生之重
大犯罪偵查新聞。

1. [Teaching Target]
1. Guide the relevant theories and practical works, court case and the explanations of the Supreme Court meetings of the selection and study of fellow students and the "Crime Investigation Laws" in a relevant way, hoping to make students understand our current situation
The theory and practical operation of "Crime Investigation Laws".
2. Help to improve the interest and ability of the students to participate in the national judicial examination and engage in "crime investigation" (represented in the position of prosecutors, prosecutors, judicial police officers and other criminal investigations).
