本課程主要內容為：1.行政法之意義、種類、性質、效力、基本原則。2.行政組織法、公務員法、公物法。3.行政作用法—行政規章、行政處分、行政契約、行政計畫、行政處罰、行政執行。4.行政救濟法—訴願、行政訴訟、國家賠償、國家補償。5.行政法新發展趨勢。並藉理念的分析與現行制度運作之剖析，提出相關批判與改進之建議。

Enable students to understand the basic theories of administrative law, including basic concepts, administrative organization, administrative role law and administrative economic relief law. In addition, practical problems (cases) are selected to guide students to collect, organize, analyze, and learn about the current lack of administrative and legal system operations and their ways to improve them.

Administrative Organization Law, Public Affairs Law, and Public Property Law. 3. Administrative Economic Rescue Law—claim, administrative lawsuit, national compensation, national compensation. 5. New trends in development of administrative law. And through the analysis of concepts and the analysis of current system operations, we put forward relevant criticism and improvement suggestions.
