■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
完成這門課後，學生將能
1.具有景觀規劃設計的專業能力。
2.具備專業的知識綜合運用能力；就是要能？把學習過的各種相關課程之專業知識靈活的運用到規劃課程的學習和規劃設計實務作業的能力。
3.具備綜合分析能力是指學生具備能？針對規劃？容並就各項影響規劃的因素進行系統綜合分析的能力。
4.具備綜合協調能力是從規劃涉及的專業來考慮，要求學生能？具備人員的調配與安排的能力，並能就各種不同角度考慮風景遊樂區構思規劃方案的能力。
5.具備良好的表達能力是指綜合運用口頭、文字、圖紙等方式，展示規劃邏輯和方案的能力。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
包含:
1.實際操整合應用景觀及遊憩資源的調查及分析的理論及技術於風景區規劃的案例。

■Course Objectives
After completing this course, students will be able to
1. Have professional ability in landscape planning and design.

Include:
1. Practically integrate the theories and techniques of landscape and recreational resource investigation and analysis into scenic area planning cases.
2. Integrate the application of theories and techniques of landscape and recreational resource investigation and analysis into scenic area planning cases.
3. Be familiar with different land use suitability analysis theories and methods and the procedures for overall development concepts.
4. Learn about the development of land use plans and the feasibility of implementing plans.
5. Learn the feasibility analysis of financial plans and economic benefit analysis.
6. Cultivate teamwork methods and skills as well as landscape project management capabilities and methods.

本課程強調培養學生綜合規劃的素養，以實地操作教學的方式，增強規劃實做能力，要求學生掌握風景遊樂區規劃的基本方法並能綜合運用學過的專業課程知識進行風景遊樂區的規劃研究設計，藉此，培養學生從事規劃的能力。因此，本課程之教學必須注意風景遊樂區整體規劃知識的綜合性與實踐性，反映規劃工作的實務性，強調教學內容和教學手段的合時性，使同學能模擬環境規劃的過程,並藉由學習的過程中掌握:
一、風景區整體規劃方法論及步驟。
二、景觀及遊憩資源的調查及分析、遊客量預測的方法。
三、土地使用適宜性分析及整體發展構想的程序。
四、土地使用計畫的研擬及執行計畫可行性的發展。
五、財務計畫及經濟效益分析的概念。
六、團隊合作的方式與技巧。

This course emphasizes cultivating students' comprehensive planning literacy, using on-the-spot teaching methods to enhance planning implementation capabilities. It requires students to master the basic methods of scenic recreation area planning and be able to comprehensively use the professional course knowledge they have learned to conduct planning research and design of scenic recreation areas, thereby cultivating students' ability to engage in planning. Therefore, the teaching of this course must pay attention to the comprehensiveness and practicality of the overall planning knowledge of scenic recreation areas, reflect the practicality of planning work, and emphasize the timeliness of teaching content and teaching methods, so that students can simulate the process of environmental planning and master through the learning process:
1. Scenic area overall planning methodology and steps.
2. Survey and analysis of landscape and recreational resources, and methods for predicting tourist volume.
3. Procedures for land use suitability analysis and overall development concept.
4. Preparation of land use plans and development of feasibility of implementation plans.
5. The concepts of financial planning and economic benefit analysis.
6. Teamwork methods and techniques.
