1. Learn and master the basic professional ability of floor-based planning.
2. Learn about the comprehensive relationship from buildings to cities and environments.
3. Have a sense and vision of humanistic concern and environmental aesthetics. For a long time, Fudi Planning has always been considered an advanced course in architecture planning or a pre-order course in urban planning. This learning process reflects the internal space of the building, then think about the external space in the base area, and then face the urban space. However, this thinking model makes current building designs often confined to the base area and become isolated objects in the environment.
The scattered plan should not be just a technology to arrange buildings on the base in a pure manner. It should explore the comprehensive relationship between buildings and nature or cities. Although it is applied to a certain base area, it should be a kind of Research and investigation on the characteristics of regional space. Although this course is called Fudi Plan, it is necessary to try to break the boundaries of the base and explore the connotation of Fudi Plan from various aspects such as streets, buildings, group shapes, gardens, ecology, and landscapes. And try to use photos, maps, 3D, GIS and other tools to conduct surveys and analysis.
In addition to class lectures, students must also conduct surveys and analysis of the topics of the land planning courses in this course. The selection, local observation, survey and analysis of the base are carried out to obtain conclusions on the quality of the regional space. The survey results of each group will be reported in the mid-term and end of the school year.
A site planning is the work of planning a specific base to achieve planning goals. In natural bases, the planning topics mainly deal with the balance between natural environment systems and human-based systems. In urban bases, the relationship between individual building groups and the overall urban environment is handled.
This course is divided into two classes, the first class is a compulsory course, and the content is directed by practice and analysis, focusing on understanding planning
Exploration and solution of various influencing factors and practical problems in the process. The next period is the selection and discussion on planning concepts
The focus includes understanding of the base planning history, specific planning types and cases.
