The keyboard skills course is coordinated with the content of freshman and sophomore level harmony class. Students learn keyboard harmonic progressions and how to apply the learned progressions to actual music. They learn traditional Roman numeral notation, as well as jazz chording notation and how to interpret the symbols on the keyboard. These skills will help them in their other music courses, and will be useful for learning and teaching music throughout their musical careers.旋律鍵盤技巧

The main course objectives are to give students a very solid foundation in their academic progress. In addition to understanding music theory, they also need to have the ability to perform keyboards and voices in actual performance.
