Justice and Social Work
教育目標 Course Target
1.認識司法體系之組織結構與司法程序。
2.了解司法社會工作相關理論與新興議題。
3.了解社會工作領域相關之法律內涵。
4.了解社會工作專業在司法體系(刑事、民事、非訴訟事件、少年事件等)中扮演的角色,以及實務工作處遇內涵與涉及之倫理議題。
1. Understand the organizational structure and judicial procedures of the judicial system.
2. Understand the theories and emerging issues related to judicial social work.
3. Understand the legal connotations related to the field of social work.
4. Understand the role that the social work profession plays in the judicial system (criminal, civil, non-litigation matters, juvenile matters, etc.), as well as the connotation of practical work and the ethical issues involved.
課程概述 Course Description
1990年代社會立法進入所謂的擴張期,社會工作介入逐漸地被納入相關法律規定內,而且比重愈來愈吃重。本課程主要在引導同學認識在主要司法領域裡面社會工作所被賦與的角色有哪些,以及探討特殊情境加害人與被害人的處遇議題。
In the 1990s, social legislation entered a so-called expansion period, and social work intervention was gradually included in relevant legal provisions, and its proportion became increasingly important. This course mainly guides students to understand the roles assigned to social work in the main judicial fields, and explores the treatment of perpetrators and victims in special situations.
