1.探討工作(work)與就業(employment)的本質及異同,引導學生思考資本主義經濟體系運作下勞動的本質與勞動者的位置。
2.介紹我國勞資關係制度,解析勞動者所面臨的就業、工作安全、勞動條件與失業相關議題,充實社工系學生勞動法規相關知能。
3.透過課程及延伸閱讀,探討特殊勞動族群的勞動處境及相關的就業與福利服務,反思社會工作的功能與角色。
1. Explore the nature and differences between work and employment, and guide students to think about the nature and position of the movement of capitalism and the position of the operator.
2. Introduction to our country's financial relationship system, analyze the issues related to employment, work safety, labor conditions and unemployment faced by the operator, and fulfill the relevant knowledge and ability of students in the Department of Social Work.
3. Through courses and extended reading, explore the movement situation of special labor groups and related employment and welfare services, and reflect on the functions and roles of social work.
本課程主要目的在引導未來的社會工作者瞭解近代資本主義體系運作之下的勞工問題、勞資關係與制度變革,以及社會工作者在勞動領域所需具備的相關服務與知能。尤其針對特殊勞動者的就業議題及弱勢勞動者面臨的就業處境,包括職業災害受傷者、外籍勞動移民、青年勞動者以及就業歧視等進行討論,拉大社會工作系學生學理與實務的視框與思維,裝備社會工作者在勞動場域就業的機會。本課程也進一步檢視社會工作者的勞動處境與特殊勞動需求,透過自我探索與置身現實世界的反覆檢視,做好身心與能力準備。
The main purpose of this course is to guide future social workers to understand the labor problems, labor relations and institutional changes under the operation of modern capitalist system, as well as the relevant services and knowledge that social workers need to have in the field of operation. In particular, we discuss career issues and weaker threats of special forces, including those who suffer from occupational disasters, foreign migrants, young migrants, and career discrimination, to expand the vision and thinking of students in the social work department’s science and practice, and to prepare opportunities for social workers to work in the field. This course also further examines the social workers' dynamic situation and special dynamic needs, and prepares physical, mental and abilities through self-exploration and repeated viewing of being in the real world.
