(二)探討台灣社會福利發展歷史經驗與制度分析，課程內容主要探討台灣社會福利發展概況、制度及現行福利概況析論
(三)探討台灣社會福利類型與各類福利推動概況，以台灣家庭福利-討論社會救助分類及台灣低收入指標與社會福利救助調查。
(四)討論各種類型福利在台灣發展與執行概況，分述兒童、少年、婦女、身心障礙及老人福利(含長期照顧)。發展、制度建立及現行概況。
(五)深入研討兒童、少年、婦女、身心障礙及老人福利(含長期照顧)，執行困境、突破策略與未來發展趨勢。
1) The course content is taught with the social welfare macro perspective. The course content mainly explores the development of social welfare, welfare rights, and welfare in the West?
(II) Explore the historical experience and system analysis of social welfare development in Taiwan. The course content mainly explores the analysis of the general situation, system and current welfare development in Taiwan.
(III) Explore Taiwan’s social welfare types and various welfare promotion overviews, and discuss the social assistance categories and Taiwan’s low-income indicators and social welfare assistance surveys.
(IV) Discuss the development and implementation of various types of welfare in Taiwan, and describes children, adolescents, women, physical and mental disabilities and elderly welfare (including long-term care). Development, system establishment and current situation.
(V) In-depth research on children, adolescents, women, physical and mental disabilities and the elderly’s welfare (including long-term care), and implement difficulties, breakthrough strategies and future development trends.
