(二)探討台灣社會福利發展歷史經驗與制度分析，課程內容主要探討台灣社會福利發展概況、制度及現行福利概況析論
(三)探討台灣社會福利類型與各類福利推動概況，以台灣家庭福利-討論社會救助分類及台灣低收入指標與社會福利救助調查。
(四)討論各種類型福利在台灣發展與執行概況，分述兒童、少年、婦女、身心障礙及老人福利(含長期照顧)。發展、制度建立及現行概況。
(五)深入研討兒童、少年、婦女、身心障礙及老人福利(含長期照顧)，執行困境、突破策略與未來發展趨勢。

1) Taking the macroscopic view of social welfare as the teaching content, the course content mainly discusses the development context of social welfare in the East and the West, welfare human rights, and what exactly is welfare?
(2) Discuss the historical experience and system analysis of Taiwan’s social welfare development. The course content mainly discusses the overview of Taiwan’s social welfare development, system and current welfare overview.
(3) Discuss the types of social welfare in Taiwan and the overview of various welfare promotions, and use Taiwan’s family welfare to discuss the classification of social assistance and the survey on low-income indicators and social welfare assistance in Taiwan.
(4) Discuss the overview of the development and implementation of various types of welfare in Taiwan, including welfare for children, teenagers, women, persons with disabilities, and the elderly (including long-term care). Development, institutional establishment and current overview.
(5) Conduct in-depth discussions on the welfare of children, teenagers, women, physically and mentally disabled people, and the elderly (including long-term care), as well as implementation difficulties, breakthrough strategies, and future development trends.
