主要內容將以社會福利政策與立法本身之瞭解為重點。課堂中除了以有系統的方式講解福利政策之建立模式和構成要素之外，學生也必須以實際現行之社會福利政策為例，透過作業之演練完成一份社會福利政策之描述報告。而學生能藉由對本課程內容的學習和瞭解，強化與社會福利政策相關之概念的瞭解，以利其在未來從事社會服務工作當中，能夠發揮、貫徹福利政策之理念，並落實福利政策之各項措施

The main content will focus on understanding of social welfare policies and legislation itself. In addition to explaining the establishment model and structural elements of welfare policy in a systematic way, students must also use the actual social welfare policy as an example to complete a description report of the social welfare policy through the practice of the work. Students can learn and understand the content of this course and strengthen their understanding of the concepts related to social welfare policies, so as to facilitate their future social service work to develop and focus on the concepts of welfare policies, and implement various measures of welfare policies.

This course is aimed at providing undergraduate students with a historical, social and descriptive synthesis on the current social welfare scene.
