主要內容將以社會福利政策與立法本身之瞭解為重點。課堂中除了以有系統的方式講解福利政策之建立模式和構成要素之外，學生也必須以實際現行之社會福利政策為例，透過作業之演練完成一份社會福利政策之描述報告。而學生能藉由對本課程內容的學習和瞭解，強化與社會福利政策相關之概念的瞭解，以利其在未來從事社會服務工作當中，能夠發揮、貫徹福利政策之理念，並落實福利政策之各項措施

The main content will focus on the understanding of social welfare policies and legislation itself. In addition to explaining the establishment model and constituent elements of welfare policies in a systematic way in class, students must also use actual current social welfare policies as examples and complete a description report of social welfare policies through homework exercises. Through the study and understanding of the content of this course, students can strengthen their understanding of concepts related to social welfare policies, so that they can develop and implement the concepts of welfare policies and implement various measures of welfare policies in their future social service work.
