本學期開設的藝術社會學著重兩項學習要點:藝術社會學的知識發展及其 與其他學門之間的關連,包括藝術史、藝術哲學、圖像學、審美與心理學等等; 經典原典文獻閱讀:除了整體介紹性質的文獻為二手論文之外,多數指定閱讀 文本皆出自原典著作,期盼能夠引導學生從中習得知識典範的問題意識與思考 模式,亦鼓勵批判的閱讀方式。整個學期的文本總數超過七百頁,歡迎有心學 習藝術社會學並願意接受挑戰與磨練的同學選修。課程共計分為三個單元: (一)藝術社會學的發展與基本原理; (二)社會學式的審美:藝術家與藝術 作品分析; (三)藝術與審美的社會階層和場域。文本精讀的同時,也將隨堂進 行藝術作品的鑑賞與分析,並透過動態的作業內容,讓學生實地接觸藝術場合 及藝術創作者,融會理論知識,沈澱積累屬於自己的藝術洞察力。

The Sociology of Art offered this semester focuses on two learning points: the knowledge development of sociology of art and its relationship with other disciplines, including art history, art philosophy, iconography, aesthetics and psychology, etc.; Reading of classic original documents: In addition to the overall introductory documents which are second-hand papers, most of the designated reading texts are from original works, and it is hoped that it can guide students to learn problem awareness and thinking about knowledge models. model, also encourages critical reading. The total number of texts in the entire semester exceeds 700 pages. Students who are interested in studying the sociology of art and are willing to accept challenges and trials are welcome to take this course as an elective. The course is divided into three units: (1) The development and basic principles of art sociology; (2) Sociological aesthetics: analysis of artists and art works; (3) Social classes and fields of art and aesthetics. While reading the text intensively, students will also appreciate and analyze works of art in class. Through dynamic assignments, students will be exposed to art situations and art creators, integrate theoretical knowledge, and accumulate their own artistic insights.
