教育目標 Course Target

我們無時無刻生活在組織之中。仔細觀看,為何組織和組織之間有著如此相似的結構?(例如麥當勞與肯德基的產品與生產流程極為相似、各大學之間隨著評鑑越來越「趨同」)為何組織有著如此不同的結構形式和規模?諸種關於組織現象的同與異,存在著廣大的研究空間。 如何分析組織環繞著「組織」的相關研究從20世紀初期迄今已經豐富多元的成果。本門課嘗試從多種不同的分析路徑來探討組織的決定因素,重新反省古典經濟學對於廠商與經濟人的諸種預設。在組織中的行動者的角色,也從理性角色,轉向有限理性的探討。組織鑲嵌於社會結構之中,鑲嵌提供組織各種機會,同時也有著不同的限制。這學期我們將介紹社會網絡、交易成本、資源依賴與制度理論的分析等諸多研究觀點。We live in the organization at any time. Looking carefully, why do organizations and organizations have such similar structures? (For example, the products and production processes of McDonald and KFC are extremely similar, and the various schools are becoming more and more "like" as they are evaluated) Why do organizations have such different structures and sizes? There is a wide research space for all kinds of synonyms and differences in organizational phenomena. How to analyze the related research on "organization" that "organization" has been rich and diverse since the early 20th century. This course attempts to explore the organization's decisions from a variety of different analytical approaches, and re-reflect on the various presets of classical economics for manufacturers and economics. The role of actors in the organization also shifts from the role of rationality to the inquiry of limited rationality. Organizations are embedded in social structures, and provide various opportunities for organization, but also have different restrictions. During this period, we will introduce a number of research points such as social network, transaction costs, resource dependence and institutional theory analysis.
