都市的交通問題一直受到關心公共事務者的重視，但長久以來，台灣的都市交通問題卻都難以得到根本的改善。有鑒於此，本課程將基於永續發展之理論基礎，說明永續運輸的發展趨勢（例如取消管制，大眾運輸導向，人本導向），並搭配當前正在發生的永續運輸議題（例如軌道運輸，公車發展，私人運具持有，副大眾運輸，都市自行車，免費政策等），引導學生參與思辨，逐步建立永續發展與交通政策的觀念連結，進而協助學生認識永續運輸政策。Urban transportation problems have always been valued by those who care about public affairs, but for a long time, Taiwan’s urban transportation problems have been difficult to fundamentally improve. In this regard, this course will be based on the theoretical basis of sustainable development, explain the development trends of continuous transportation (such as cancellation of regulations, public transportation direction, and human-oriented direction), and match the issues of continuous transportation that are currently occurring (such as road transportation). Transport, public transportation, private transportation, deputy general transportation, urban bicycles, free policies, etc.), guide students to participate in thinking, and gradually establish a conceptual link between continuous development and transportation policies, thereby helping students to recognize the permanent transportation policy.
