1.邀請校友/系友回校演講，分享其職場經驗。
2.希望藉由本課程的設計可以讓學生在在學期間體會到職場倫理並使學生學習 認識「工作態度」。
3.幫助學生認知工作上的多樣性。本課程想藉由邀請在各種產業及各種層級工作的校友/系友，分享、闡述他們在職場上的經驗，尤其在職場倫理的養成過程。課程中希望帶著學生分析現今國內外產業的趨勢，使學生充分了解各項產業的特殊性，並對於個人職涯規劃、生涯轉換有著充分的準備，培養學生對自我的志業方向有所認知，在未來就業的選擇與產業趨勢變化中有進一步了解。
期望將學生在東海學習中所培養的特性及特質，在未來的職場中能有所結合，並藉以校友/系友職涯中的經驗分享與學弟妹，讓學弟妹能夠充分發揮所長，並在講座課堂中傳達給學生我們該如何去運用本身擁有的且不可取代的人脈資源，創造出自己的職涯價值，並將這樣的精神淵遠流傳下去。

1. Invite alumni/department to return to school for a lecture and share their career experience.
2. I hope that through the design of this course, students can be able to go to the field to learn and learn to understand "working attitude".
3. Help students understand the diversity of work. This course wants to share and describe their experience in the field by inviting alumni/department working in various industries and levels, especially in the development of career ethics. During the course, I hope to take students to analyze the trends of domestic and foreign industries today, so that students can fully understand the particularity of various industries, and have sufficient preparations for personal career planning and career transformation, cultivate students to have some understanding of their own career direction, and have a further understanding of their future career choices and changes in industry trends.
We hope to combine the characteristics and characteristics that students cultivate in Donghai study in the future, and share experiences with their younger siblings in their alumni/department careers, so that their younger siblings can fully develop their growth, and convey to students in lecture classes how we should use our own and irreplaceable human resources to create our own career value and spread this spiritual flow.
