教育目標 Course Target
1.邀請校友/系友回校演講,分享其職場經驗。
2.希望藉由本課程的設計可以讓學生在在學期間體會到職場倫理並使學生學習 認識「工作態度」。
3.幫助學生認知工作上的多樣性。本課程想藉由邀請在各種產業及各種層級工作的校友/系友,分享、闡述他們在職場上的經驗,尤其在職場倫理的養成過程。課程中希望帶著學生分析現今國內外產業的趨勢,使學生充分了解各項產業的特殊性,並對於個人職涯規劃、生涯轉換有著充分的準備,培養學生對自我的志業方向有所認知,在未來就業的選擇與產業趨勢變化中有進一步了解。
期望將學生在東海學習中所培養的特性及特質,在未來的職場中能有所結合,並藉以校友/系友職涯中的經驗分享與學弟妹,讓學弟妹能夠充分發揮所長,並在講座課堂中傳達給學生我們該如何去運用本身擁有的且不可取代的人脈資源,創造出自己的職涯價值,並將這樣的精神淵遠流傳下去。
1. Invite alumni/department friends to return to school to give speeches and share their workplace experiences.
2. It is hoped that through the design of this course, students can experience workplace ethics during their studies and enable students to learn about "work attitude".
3. Help students understand the diversity of work. This course would like to invite alumni/department friends who work in various industries and at various levels to share and explain their experiences in the workplace, especially the process of developing workplace ethics. The course hopes to lead students to analyze current domestic and foreign industry trends, so that students can fully understand the particularities of various industries, and be fully prepared for personal career planning and career transition. It will also cultivate students' awareness of their own career direction and gain a better understanding of future employment choices and changes in industry trends.
It is hoped that the characteristics and traits developed by students in Tunghai can be combined in the future workplace, and the career experiences of alumni/department friends can be shared with the students so that the students can give full play to their strengths and convey to the students in lectures how we can use the irreplaceable network resources we have to create our own career value and pass on this spirit to the future.
