課程目標:一、教導學生熟習政府機關處理行政事務之溝通方式、程序;行使職權製作行政處分書的方法。
二、訓練學生精通各類公文書、應用文書的格式、作法及運用技巧。
三、教導學生熟悉民意機關和行政部門的互動方式。
課程內涵:一、訓練寫作及處理公務文書、會議文書、公務信、法制文書、訴願文書、行政協議〈契約〉文書、履歷表、自傳、求職信、名片、企劃書
等之法定程式、作法、使用時機、應用方式。
二、檔案的應用及管理。
三、公務幕僚〈企劃〉作業。Course objectives: 1. Teach students to familiarize themselves with the communication methods and procedures for government agencies to handle administrative affairs; and exercise their duties to produce administrative branch books.
2. Training students are proficient in the format, practice and application skills of various types of official documents and application documents.
3. Teach students to be familiar with the interaction between public opinion agencies and administrative departments.
Connotation of course: 1. Training and handling of official documents, conference documents, commerce letters, legal documents, pleasing documents, administrative agreements (contracts), performance forms, self-translation, job seeking letters, business cards, and enterprise books
statutory procedures, practices, usage times, and application methods.
