課程概述 Course Description
本課程主要講述1815年維也納會議以來，西方強權之外交政策與外交關係，並著重介紹中國外交史上自清末以來以迄當前的重大事件及其對中國的意涵。
This course mainly talks about the Western foreign policy and diplomatic relations since the Vienna Conference in 1815, and focuses on introducing the major events so far in China's diplomatic history since the late Qing Dynasty and its implications for China.
