課程概述 Course Description
近年來證券市場蓬勃發展，證券市場投資人與交易量大幅增加，使得證券市場中所出現之各種弊端及運作機制備受各界討論，為使同學能深入認識證券市場之運作及規範，並能掌握分析相關議題，特開闢此一課程。而課程中將對證券市場的運作、公開發行公司的管理規範、證券市場不法行為、投資人保護等議題加以介紹。
In recent years, the securities market has developed vigorously, and the investors and trading volume in the securities market have increased significantly, which has led to the various drawbacks and operating mechanism preparations in the securities market being discussed by all walks of life. In order to enable students to deeply understand the operations and regulations of the securities market, and master and analyze relevant issues, this course is specially opened. The course will introduce the operation of the securities market, the management regulations of public issuing companies, illegal behavior in the securities market, and investors' protection.
