本課程目標旨在讓同學瞭解與培養相關能力，包括
1.能夠具備蒐集經貿資訊的能力
2.夠瞭解國際貿易規則、慣例之內容
3.能夠清楚描述國際貿易類型與國際貿易流程
4.能具備市場調查及知道如何開發交易對手
5.能夠定義國際貿易條規(Incoterms 2010)並清楚說明不同貿易條件內容的差異
6.能夠瞭解交易磋商過程及描述貿易契約內容。
7.能具備核算商品進出口價格的能力
8.能分辨信用狀種類並能描述信用狀內容。
9.能夠應用信用狀內容製作貿易單證。
10.能夠瞭解國際貨物運輸的類型並能清楚描述提單內容。
11.能夠描述貨物運輸保險的種類與保險契約內容。
12.能夠瞭解並養成商貿專業倫理與社會責任。
課程內容包括貨物買賣契約、貨物包裝、檢驗、裝卸、通關手續、運輸及保險契約之簽訂、信用狀實務、押匯單據製作等實務學習為主。

The goal of this course is to enable students to understand and develop relevant abilities, including
1. Ability to collect economic and trade information
2. Be able to understand the contents of international trade rules and practices
3. Be able to clearly describe the types of international trade and international trade processes
4. Be able to conduct market research and know how to develop counterparties
5. Be able to define international trade regulations (Incoterms 2010) and clearly explain the differences in content of different trade terms
6. Able to understand the transaction negotiation process and describe the contents of the trade contract.
7. Ability to calculate import and export prices of commodities
8. Be able to identify types of letters of credit and describe the contents of letters of credit.
9. Be able to use the contents of the letter of credit to create trade documents.
10. Be able to understand the types of international cargo transportation and clearly describe the contents of the bill of lading.
11. Be able to describe the types of cargo transportation insurance and the contents of the insurance contract.
12. Be able to understand and develop professional business ethics and social responsibilities.
The content of the course includes mainly practical learning such as cargo sales contract, cargo packaging, inspection, loading and unloading, customs clearance procedures, signing of transportation and insurance contracts, letter of credit practice, and drafting of bill draft documents.

台灣乃一海島型經濟國家，島內天然資源貧乏，故經濟之發展需仰賴對外貿易之擴張加以彌補。國際貿易實務，乃為對外貿易廠商訓練業務經營人才而設立之預備作業基礎學習的科目。透過本科目之學習，了解並熟悉貿易操作技巧，使同學日後就業時更能得心應手。

Taiwan is an island economy country with limited natural resources. Therefore, economic development must rely on the expansion of foreign trade to make up for it. International trade practice is a basic course of preparatory work established to train business management talents for foreign trade manufacturers. Through the study of this subject, students can understand and become familiar with trade operation skills, so that students can be more comfortable in their future employment.
