本課程係為介紹學生關於「非典投資」的主要內容：創投基金、私募基金、對沖基金、不動產投資與證券化（REIT's），以及財務人員在各領域涉及的相關工作。課程內容偏重實務面，其目的係為提供學生們在未來職涯上另一個可能的考量。
This course introduces students' main contents about SARS investment: creative funds, private equity funds, investment funds, non-profit investment and securitization (REIT's), and related work involving financial personnel in various fields. The course content focuses on practical aspects, and its purpose is to provide students with another possible consideration in their future careers.
