本課程為財金系的財務理論課程，希望透過一學年的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習。由於本課程是財金領域的重要基礎課程，因此將重視觀念的傳授與引導，為未來的財金專業課程奠定好的基礎。

This course is a financial theory course in the Department of Finance. It is hoped that students will have a more complete study of financial theory in one academic year. 本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。
