教育目標 Course Target
商事法主要包括公司法、票據法、保險法以及海商法。日常生活中很多事務，都會適用到這些法規。藉由本課程啟發並鼓勵學生對商事法產生興趣。本課程主要上課內容以公司法、票據法為主。
Commercial law mainly includes the Company Law, the Voucher Law, the Insurance Law and the Maritime Law. These regulations apply to many things in daily life. This course is initiated and encourages students to develop interest in commercial law. The main content of this course is company law and vote law.

針對公司法,票據法,海商法,保險法四大領域.因課程時數有限,本課程以公司 法及票據法為講述重點
Regarding the four major areas of Company Law, Voting Law, Maritime Law and Insurance Law. Due to the limited number of courses, this course uses Company Law and Voting Law as the key points.
