教育目標 Course Target
作為貿易上的一種支付工具，信用狀的採用率即使在1990年代以後有大幅下滑的情況，但至今仍為重要的貨款清償手段。
本課程藉由內容上的安排及課堂上的說明，期望能讓修習同學經由深入了解信用狀的運作，可能內涵及其前因後果，進而避免糾紛的發生，並培養解決糾紛的能力。
As a payment tool in trade, the credit utilization rate has declined sharply since the 1990s, but it is still an important means of cash clearance.
Through the arrangement of content and explanations in the class, this course hopes that students can learn to understand the work of credit, the possible connotation and the consequences of the past and causes, so as to avoid the occurrence of disputes and cultivate the ability to solve disputes.
