台灣自1980年代積極追求金融自由化和國際化之後，國內總體經濟環境勢必會受到國際金融環境變化的衝擊。近二十年來，全球國際金融的發展情勢，主要是圍繞在全球化的影響、區域經貿和金融合作等議題。自從2008年金融海嘯之後，金融危機已經從美國，歐洲波及全球並且向實體經濟蔓延，使世界各國都受到不同程度的衝擊和影響。金融危機是國際金融體系在長期演進發展過程中，內部矛盾不斷累積和激化的結果，最後透過金融危機的型式來進行國際金融體系的調整。We hope to train students through this course to combine knowledge, ideological discovery, text expression, logical thinking, group communication and theoretical analysis in the international finance subject.
