民法的適用與生活息息相關，日常生活中的食、衣、住、行等活動，幾乎均涉及民法之適用。透過本課程，期待同學能瞭解民法之法理及其基本規定，並具備法律分析能力且可保障自身權益。

The application of civil law is closely related to life. The activities such as food, clothing, housing, and transportation in daily life almost all involve the application of civil law. Through this course, I hope that students can understand the legal principles and basic regulations of civil law, have legal analysis capabilities and can protect their own rights.

民法在於解決私法糾紛，即與公權力之運作無關。
人民之日常生活，無不與民法息息相關。諸如買到凶宅、泡水車；學生租賃房屋，房東不是所有權人。本課程在於使同學如何成立一個合法的法律關係，避免日後語意不清，徒增困擾。例如當事人資格，各種法律關係之要件，法律之立法精神。建立基本法律之邏輯觀念，破除以訛傳訛之訊息。同學有了民法基礎，對於其他之法律如商事法、消費者保護法，當可舉一而反三。民法要思考、要累積，非一日可成。同學不可心存僥倖之心，臨陣磨槍，不亮也不光。

Civil law is about solving private law disputes, that is, it has nothing to do with the action of public power.
The daily life of the people is closely related to the Civil Law. For example, if you buy a haunted house or a water-soaked car, students rent a house, and the owner is not the owner. This course is about allowing students to establish a legal legal relationship to avoid future unclear language and increasing difficulties. For example, the qualifications of the parties, the requirements of various legal relations, and the legislative spirit of the law. Establish logical concepts of basic laws and break the information about entertainment. Students have a foundation in civil law, and for other laws such as commercial law and consumer protection law, they can be reversed by one. Civil law must be thought about and accumulated, and it cannot be achieved in one day. Students should not be polite and do not have any worries or guns.
