供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Manage, SCM)是新型管理的理念,是從供應商、供應商的供應商、到企業自身、到配銷商、到客戶,以及最終客戶之間的關係,是合作、協同、資訊共用、全程優化、利益均霑、風險分擔的盈利夥伴關係。
在全球化競爭態勢越來越激烈的情況下,全球企業紛紛改變傳統的經營模式,努力擺脫單純加工或製造型態。故如何對整個供應鏈系統進行計畫、協調、操作、控制和優化,已是企業不容忽視的重要課題,在學術界已有大量的研究論著,探討供應鏈管理SCM的概念框架及其理論與原理。
本課程介紹供應鏈管理的概念及其應用,除了介紹SCM的基本學理之外,更因應同學的學習需求,著重於實務層面的應用。前3章概術供應鏈管理的概念、意義與框架結構等基本學理,以及企業資源規劃(ERP)和供應鏈的理論基礎與模型;第4章起依序介紹供應鏈的夥伴關係管理、協同商務、協調管理、採購與委外管理、存貨管理、電子化管理、顧客關係管理、物流管理、設計鏈管理、配送管理、資訊科技;第18章則專章介紹全球化供應鏈管理。Supply Chain Manage (SCM) is a new management concept. As global competition is becoming increasingly fierce, global enterprises are constantly changing their traditional business model and striving to eliminate single pure processing or styling. There have been a lot of research and discussions in the academic community, exploring the conceptual framework, theory and principles of supply chain management SCM.
This course introduces the concept and application of supply chain management. In addition to introducing the basic science of SCM, it also focuses on the application of the practical level due to the learning needs of classmates. The first three chapters summarize the basic theories such as the concept, meaning and framework structure of supply chain management, as well as the theoretical basis and models of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain; Chapter 4 introduces the supplier chain's partner relationship management, joint business, coordination management, procurement and outsourced management, inventory management, electronic management, customer relationship management, logistics management, design chain management, distribution management, and information technology in sequence; Chapter 18 introduces global supply chain management.
