心理學為商管學生創造附加價值——強化商管學生的People Skills與Business Sense。每年都有許多學生從商管學院畢業投入職場,如何從眾多的競爭者中脫穎而出,是師生們共同關切的課題;除了受過紮實的基本訓練之外,對人性的領悟應當是職場的成功關鍵要素(KSF)。果真如此,心理學可以為商管學生們創造附加價值。Psychology creates additional value for business management students—Enhanced People Skills and Business Sense for business management students. Every year, many students are devoted to the workplace from the School of Business Administration. How to emerge from the crowd of competitors is a common topic among students; in addition to receiving practical basic training, the understanding of human nature should be the key factor (KSF) of the workplace. If so, psychology can create additional value for business management students.
This course is designed to prepare students to critically examine the theories and practices of cross-cultural management. Three major cross-cultural models of behaviors are emphasized. Motivation models of behavior are examined and their effectiveness considered using this foundation of cross-cultural models. The role of cognitive dissonance in bringing about lasting change in organizations is explored. There will be a significant discussion of international team-building. Finally, students will solidify the understanding of theory through experiential learning, using actual cross-cultural cases and incidents.
