教育目標 Course Target
藉由輔導學弟妹的課業與生活經驗分享，學著如何教導他人，教學相長
參與商管領域相關活動（競賽、計畫、專案、提案…），平衡實務與理論之差距
By tutoring younger students in their schoolwork and sharing their life experiences, they learn how to teach others and learn from each other through teaching.
Participate in relevant activities in the field of business management (competitions, plans, projects, proposals...) to balance the gap between practice and theory
課程概述 Course Description
規劃並建置學生互助及自我提升機制，引入教師輔導及志工精神，培養團隊工作、表達及溝通能力，並試圖強化學生與就業市場之連結。
Plan and build a student mutual aid and self-improvement mechanism, introduce teacher guidance and volunteer spirit, cultivate team work, expression and communication skills, and try to strengthen the connection between students and the job market.
