藉由輔導學弟妹的課業與生活經驗分享，學著如何教導他人，教學相長
參與商管領域相關活動（競賽、計畫、專案、提案…），平衡實務與理論之差距
By teaching the course and life experience of my younger siblings, I learn how to teach others and teach them in a good way.
Participate in activities related to business management fields (competitions, plans, projects, proposals…) to balance the gap between practice and theoretical discussion
課程概述 Course Description
規劃並建置學生互助及自我提升機制，引入教師輔導及志工精神，培養團隊工作、表達及溝通能力，並試圖強化學生與就業市場之連結。
Plan and establish a mechanism for mutual assistance and self-improvement for students, introduce teacher guidance and volunteer spirit, cultivate team work, expression and communication skills, and try to strengthen the connection between students and the career market.
