本課程的目標如次：

2. 瞭解國家總體環境差異（政治、經濟、法律、文化）對於企業經營活動的影響。
3. 建立對於全球貿易與投資環境的理論觀念與知識。
4. 培養對全球貨幣制度的瞭解。
5. 建立對國際企業策略規劃的能力
6. 瞭解國際企業內部運作功能管理的理論

The goals of this course are as follows:
1. Understand the trend of globalization and its impact on enterprises.
2. Understand the impact of overall national environmental differences (politics, economy, law, culture) on corporate activities.
3. Establish theoretical concepts and knowledge about the global trade and investment environment.
4. Cultivate understanding of the global currency system.
5. Establish capabilities for international corporate strategy planning
6. Understand the theory of internal operating function management of international enterprises

透過理論及個案教學，讓學生對跨國企業的運作有充分的瞭解，並熟悉全球化、全球政治與文化環境、海外直接投資、國際企業策略、國際企業組織、海外市場進入策略、全球生產與外包、全球行銷、及全球人力資源管理。

Through theory and plan teaching, students can have a full understanding of the operations of cross-border enterprises, and be familiar with globalization, global politics and cultural environment, overseas direct investment, international corporate strategies, international corporate organizations, overseas market entry strategies, global production and outsourcing, global marketing, and global human resources management.
